Fun, Funky and Floral Wedding at The Diplomat, Hamilton

After a few years of gloom, 2023 has been bringing the colour and I am not mad about it whatsoever. Sarah & Alex’s fun and funky wedding at The Diplomat Restaurant in Hamilton, Ontario was full of colour, pattern, texture and good vibes.

Guests were first transported to the tropics for a unique ceremony at the Gage Park Greenhouse on what turned out to be a beautiful spring day in May (if you know Ontario, you know May has the potential to bring any and all weather so you have to stay on your toes).

Following their laid-back ceremony, we took a short trip over to The Diplomat restaurant to sip on cocktails and enjoy a cozy dinner. Upon arrival, guests were greeted with appetizers and signature drinks. Colourful flowers and candles with a little touch of disco added to the already interesting space making this wedding one for the books.

The intimate guest list made for a laid-back evening full of chatting and dancing. It was magic.
